Questions
We're launching. A job that's quoted, tracked and finished on Structa is a record homeowners can trust, and the record only grows if builders use it.
Nothing to quote, send, track or keep your page. When a homeowner's job comes to you and you want their contact, you pay for it in credits by the size of the job: £5 under £1,000, £10 up to £5,000, £20 up to £20,000, £35 over £20,000. At most three builders get each job. No subscription.
When there are enough homeowners' jobs to be worth paying for. You'll get a month's notice before anything changes.
When we charge for jobs, homeowners will pay a small fee to post one, so the jobs you see are from people who mean it. It's refunded if no builder takes the job.
Yes: when you run a homeowner's job on Structa and finish it here, 50% of what you paid comes back as credit.
No. Your client pays you directly. Structa never takes, holds or moves their money; the payment terms are yours, written into the quote.
